Description
Straw yellow, good density and colour consistency. Fine and lingering on the nose with firm structure, mellow, stylish, with an especially pleasant finish. Ideal with dried mullet and tuna roe (bottarga), flavoursome first courses and risottos, baked gilthead, tuna white meat, white meats in general, semi-hard medium mature cheeses.
