The color is ruby red with purple reflections. On the nose,

the initial impact is of fruit, both mature blackberry and

plum jam, followed by spicy and toasted nuances. The

tannins are dense and soft. Balsamic and vanilla notes are found in the persistent finish. A red ideal with game, pepperoni and baccalà.
