Carménèrе

The wine shows a brilliant ruby red color, little transparency. The nose denotes intense, clean and pleasing aromas which start with hints of black cherry and blueberry followed by aromas of bell pepper, plum, cyclamen, black currant and hints of vanilla. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a slightly tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, good tannins. The finish is persistent with flavors of blueberry and black currant. Goes well with broiled meat and barbecue, stewed meat, cheese.
