Intense straw yellow with brillant gold highlights. This Chardonnay has aromas of flowers and fruit, specifically apples and pears, later giving way to citric nuances. Supple and fresh in flavour with distinctive fruit and well-balanced acidity, bold structure and persistent. A nice accompaniment to sushi, Catalan-style lobster salad and shellfish in general, salmon prepared with dill, spicy couscous, Venetian-style liver and artichokes.
