Intense clear golden yellow colour. Intense and complex bouquet. characterized by fine and deep aromas. On the palate is fruity and flowery with roasted motes (ripe medlar, banana,- juniper, roasted hazelnut). Matches well with savoury pie filled with truffle and mushrooms.
