One of the most famous and legendary top-quality vineyards of the Middle Mosel. An extremely steep, classically south-facing slope, characterised by stony blue and grey slate soils that are not too dry. Produces most impressive full-bodied, elegantly fruity wines with tremendous ripeness and finesse. Auslese White Cap means selective harvest and dry wine.
