Description
Light straw in colour. On the nose, ample, intensely fruity, fresh and varietal. The taste is full, harmonious and slightly acidic. Impressive, pleasant varietal freshness. Fumaio is well-rounded and combines vibrant character from both varietals, with a crisp and zesty finish. Pairs well with shellfish, chicken, light summer salads. Perfect as an aperitif.
