Light straw yellow colour with greenish hues. Tipical and fragrant bouquet with hints of pineapple and peach, and an underlying note of apricot. Dry, fresh and harmonic, pleasantly bitter, attractively fruity. The harmony and the balance rise besides from the characteristics of Cortese, also from the alcoholic content and the acidity which guarantee the fresh and keen taste. Best with hors-d’oeuvres, sea food and shell-fish.
