Ruby red colour of great intensity with bright silky reflections. Complex, delicate and yet generous aromas with great personality, notes of maraschino cherry, black-berried fruit, chocolate and coffee. Structured and embracing; very fresh and silky. Excellent with red meat, pasta with meat sauces, ripe cheese.
