La Grola
Veronese IGT

A robust, intense and elegant wine. Deep ruby red in colour, with a broad and enveloping nose reminiscent of forest fruits entwined with hints of juniper, tobacco and coffee. The high plant density and consequently low yields in the vineyard contribute to this wine's characteristic concentration. La Grola is well suited to accompany roasted red meats prepared with rich sauces, in particular lamb and kid. It is also delicious with pan-fried or grilled mushrooms and with mild cheeses. Ageing potential: 10-12 years. Open the bottle an hour before consumption.
