Description
Deep ruby red colour. Full bouquet, with cherry, plum, raspberry and strawberry aromas, supported by spiced notes of pepper and clove. Warm, well structured and smooth wine, with fine tannins and a background of fruits and spices. A big wine that best pairs with flavoured pastas or polenta with meat-based sauces or sophisticated red meats. A deliciously surprising pairing for grilled swordfish.
