Description
Bright ruby shade. Balanced, soft and richly textured. Slightly vegetal both on the nose and the palate when young, but capable of long ageing and the development of a rich bouquet. Matches well with roasts in general, but also fried or stewed meats, in particular rabbit and poultry.
