Description
Deep ruby red colour. The bouquet is full, intense, complex and persistent with notes of violet, berries and chocolate. On the palate enveloping, warm, smooth and perfectly structured with a characteristic background of plum, bitter cherry, raspberry and stawberry jam. Excellent with game, sophisticated meat courses and mature cheeses.
