Very beautiful garnet color, with purple reflections. The nose develops aromas of black currant fruits, fruits in alcohol and liquorice notes, slightly toasted. On the palate, rich wine, the fruit explodes: blackcurrant, cherry, blueberry and hints of fresh wood, liquorice, zan. The tannins are silky, dense and cool. It will perfectly match with meats in sauce like beef bourguignon or coq au vin, red meat like prime cut of beef, leg of lamb, as well as strong cheese.
