Deep ruby red in colour, this complex wine with its elegant and harmonious personality has pleasant raisined nuances and a lenght, lingering finish. It pairs well with a wide range of Italian cuisine, such as pasta and risottos made with full-flavoured, spicy sauces and white and red meats, roasted or grilled. Also perfect with cold cuts and medium-matured cheeses. Ageing potential: 8-10 years.
