This wine is bright straw yellow in colour and the nose displays the green nuances of the variety, mellowed by acacia flowers. On the palate the wine is fresh, full, crisp and harmonious. Refined and persistent, while the finish is sweepingly tangy and satisfying. Pairs well with mixed fish grills, peppered mussels and clams, bass baked in sea salt, chicken salads, walnuts and exotic fruits.
