Plumbago, named after the beautiful purple flower that grows wild in the woods surrownding the baglio and vineyards at Ulmo, is a single variety Nero d'Ávola. It is produced from the old vineyard by Lake Arancio which now presents us with this soft and fruity version of a gread Sicilian grape variety.
Rounded tannins and perfectly measured maturation in wood make it a wine of immediate enjoyment, ideal for Mediterranean dishes based on vegetables and all kinds of meat.
