Pale straw-yellow colour with green reflections. the aroma is ample, complex, elegant and persistent, mineral with hints of grapefruit, white flowers, anise. Dry, balanced and fragrant taste. Wine with a silky texture and good length. Excellent with sushi, seafood and Asian cuisine.
