Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant greenish yellow color, very transparent. The nose reveals intense, clean and pleasing aromas that start with hints of pineapple, peach and elder followed by aromas of litchi, apple, nettle, pear and acacia. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, light body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of pineapple, peach and apple. Ideal with shelfish, grilled chicken, fruit salads or as an aperitif.
