Description
Muted pink in color, lively tinges typical of a young wine. The aromas are delicate, intense, fruity. Lively on the palate but with balanced sapidity, body and mellowness. Matches well with sea and land starters, fish and vegetable soups, lorighittas (ring-shaped pasta) dressed with sea urchin roe, fish stews, white meats.
