The wine unfolds a stunning swath of aromatics on nose and palate, focusing on forest fruits fruitiness and pepper-led spice, layered with balsamic nuances that hint at local aromatic herbs. Soft-textured, complex palate with good breadth and balance, and elegantly rich concentration that superbly echoes the aromatics in a lingering finale. A great choice for very rich-flavoured pasta or rice dishes and grilled red meats. Feathered game brings out the wine’s spiciness and is in turn enhanced by it.
