Description
It has a strong character with a well-balanced combination of colour, bouquet and flavour. Deep ruby red in colour with garnet nuances, with a complex and intense aroma of spices with hints of morello cherry and vanilla. It is warm and velvety on the palate and aromatically persistent. Particularly recommended for red meat dishes and mature cheeses.
