Ruby red colour with purple hues. Rich, intense and persistent aromas of liquorice, violet, plum and vanilla. Intense sour cherry compote and plum flavours, roast coffee and white pepper, very well balanced, rubenesque and intense. Accompanies roast meats, wild game and hard cheese.
