Colomba Platino is one of the great, classic, Sicilian white wines; elegant, fresh, yet at the same time decisive, it is without doubt one of the best known wines amongst Sicilian wine enthusiasts. Produced from Insolia grapes, this white wine has unique qualities of aromatic delicacy and intensity and is a pleasantly fruity wine with character. Excellent served with shellfish, seafood and fish dishes in general.
