This single varietal Tempranillo (Tinta del País) is made from a selection of the best grapes coming from 40 hectares. All of them are planted at an altitude over 800 metres and are 20 years of age on average. Vinified in stainless steel tanks and oak vats and it was aged in 80% French and 20% American oak barrels for 14 months.
Finally, Corimbo 2013 was clarified traditionally with egg whites.
