A rosé wine with faint highlights, it reveals an appealing fruity bouquet, which is echoed perfectly by the attractively dry and lively flavor, with its fresh and very persistent finish. Excellent for accompanying a vegetarian meal, it goes splendidly, too, with pasta salads or with poultry and other white meats. It also makes a delicious foil for fish soups, dried salted cod.
