This wine is produced from Carricante grapes and partially fermented in barrique, it's a result of searching for a modern expression of this noble vine now cultivated in the splendid and unique terroir of Etna.

A marriage of black sand and altitude results in presise aromas and flavors, despite being a wine made for everyday consumption. Aromas of almond, wild honey and ripe melon are just a few of the notes thаt emerge with the first taste.

Perfect with fish carpaccio and fresh fruit, extraordinary with pizzas with select toppings.
