Etsu means "pleasure" in Japanese. Produced on the island of Hokkaido by Asakihawa Distillery from recipes with local botanical plants. They include fruits, peppers, teas and fresh citrus fruits from Japanese islands. This gin also has a large amount of yellow yuzu (a lime-like citrus fruit). In addition, it is one of the best Japanese gins offered to its customers. Its characteristic taste and style is long in the secret Asian recipe, with the best use of some Asian plant species: juniper, green bitter orange peel, yuzo, coriander seeds, angelica and licorice.
