Description
Deep garnet-red in colour, tending garnet with ageing with tipical orange hues. Intense and pleasant bouquet with scent of faded roses, violet, mushroom and tar. The wine is full-bodied, strong, austere, becoming softer, velvety and well balanced with ageing. Excellent with important dinner, could be an interesting meditation wine. Best with hunting wild game and cheese.
