Barbera d'Asti DOC Superiore

Ruby red with purple highlights. Intense, complicated bouquet, containing a fine boisé, hints of spice, vanilla, chocolate; tabacco and cherry. In the mouth it reveals great structure with sweet tannins, rich, velvety flavour and hints of cocoa and vanilla combining ideally with the red fruit typical of Barbera. Best with appetizers, pasta, roasted beef, light game and light cheese.
