OseRosé

OséRose comes from the oldest vines on the estate, and therefore the best grapes. It is composed of 75% Grenache and 25% Syrah. The grapes are harvested exclusively at night to preserve their freshness, likewise, they are pressed directly so the time between harvesting and pressing is reduced to a minimum. The juice obtained is carefully cold settled then undergoes a long fermentation at low temperature. A classic rose from Provance.
