Pauillac-Borie is a selection of some of the best lots of the appellation of Pauillac, assembled by Borie-Manoux’s oenologists. Pauillac is one of the Médocs and the Bordeaux most prestigious wine growing areas of many Grand Cru Classés 1855 in this appellation. Pauillac is thus an epicentre of Bordeaux quality and innovation.

A ruby colour, red fruit and violets, enhanced by a blackcurrant and blackberry fruit nose. The wine has a very well-balanced style, smooth tannins on the palate with a good finish and good potential for development. Goes well with red meat, game, poultry and cheese.
