Description
Light straw yellow colour with greenish hues. The bouquet is characteristic and fragrant, reminiscent of fresh fruit and almond. Dry, fresh and harmonic, pleasantly bitter, attractively fruity. Best with hors-d’oeuvres, sea food and shell-fish.
