Straw yellow colour with greenish reflections. Fine bouquet of white flowers, apple and citrus fruit. Fresh and harmonious by palate with a good body and pleasantly fruity notes, and a savoury, lasting finish. One of the oldest white variety of Piemonte known since 16th century. Recommended as an aperitif, it goes very well with hors-d’oevres, first courses, salads, white meat and fish-based dishes.
