Bright ruby red colour. Characteristically varietal aromatics of cherries, forest fruits and spices, lifted by subtle aromatic herbs. Assertively full entry, intense yet elegant structure and extract finishing attractively long with a reprise of the fragrant fruitiness and balsamic notes. Perfect with grilled red meats, cured cold cuts and traditional Tuscan ewe’s milk cheeses.
