Description
Vibrant ruby red in colour with fresh cherry aroma. Its aromatic qualities are at their peak when the wine is young, but it has the potential to age for 2-3 years. Medium-bodied, it pairs well with Italian appetizers, soups, pasta and Mediterranean cuisine. Ideal with white meats, roasted or grilled. It is also a fine summer red to accompany fish dishes. Open the bottle immediately before consumption.
