Overstone produces fine wine from the major wine producing regions in New Zealand - Hawke's Bay and Marlborough. The last has been internationally renowned as a premium region for the production of classic New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. The winery is made at a state-of-the-art facility which is designed to crush 1500 tones of fruit using both high-tech and traditional winemaking methods.
