As a winery, Rossidi stands out among other Bulgarian producers by showing remarkable difference in attitude and artistry, which they incorporate into their winemaking. Their main goal is to express the terroir into the character of wine. The expressive and bold label design corresponds to the quality of the wine, bringing charming pleasure to the senses.

Using standard, as well as unconventional equipment (300 l inox barrels for Gewurztraminer and Egg-shaped Concrete Fermenters for Chardonnay) is just a tiny part of the wine makers’ way to communicate their understanding and vision about wine.

The Rossidi wines, produced from their own vineyard, located near the village of Nikolaevo in the Thracian Lowlands of Bulgaria, are intended for restaurants with regard to wine, wine shops and connoisseurs only.
