A hero of his day, dedicated to the service of King and country who, born in Fefiñanes, continued with the building work begun by his ancestors, giving the manor house its current appearance. 1583 Albariño de Fefiñanes is fermented in French oak barrels, followed by a brief three months’ aging on lees before being rounded off in steel vats.
