Description
Pale straw yellow colour. On the nose, creamy vanilla and apple pie character. Full-bodied and very woody, with dried apple and a toffeelike finish. Batàr is produced without using any animal products or byproducts. It is therefore suitable for vegans and vegetarians. This elegant Italian white wine pairs well with salad and seafood dishes. If possible, decant at least an hour before serving.
