Grecante is made from 100% Grechetto grapes and is a wine of distinctive character, clean and fruity. Grechetto is a lesser known Italian grape that is typically used in blends and dessert wines. Luckily the Arnaldo Caprai winery in Montefalco has made a name for themselves keeping these lesser known varieties alive as single varietal wines.
