Maison Louis Jadot produces a characteristically firm and full-bodied Nuits-Saint-Georges 1er Cru Les Boudots. Rich and vigorous on the palate, with a deep, pungent bouquet, it shows considerable dimension and structure, acquiring a mellow depth and softness with bottle age. It will be a good partner for red wine sauces, marinated or roasted game, medium tasting cheeses.

This wine will age easily for 12-15 years in good conditions of temperature and humidity.
