Description
Golden colour. Fine perfume of citrus fruits and flowers with a hint of honey. Considerable depth. Elegant body, definite character and good acidity; a fresh, lingering finish. Pairs well with rabbit braised in white wine, olives, veal, goat, halibut and scallops, sashimi.
