Domaine Gitton Sancerre Les Herses represents a single-vineyard Sauvignon Blanc from the renowned Sancerre region in the Loire Valley. Pascal Gitton, often regarded as a pioneer of site-specific Sancerre wines, played a formative role for the late Didier in the early 1990s. Crafted from a small parcel of old vines on prized silex soil, this Sauvignon Blanc is known for its chiseled elegance. After maturing for 10 months in a blend of stainless steel tanks and neutral demi-muids, it embodies the distinctive character of the region.
